Objectives: Conseils pour éviter et gérer les complications peropératoires au niveau du segment antérieur ainsi que lors de la mise en place des canules. Comment faire le DPV et le pelage de limitante interne. Réalisation de l’échange fluide air , gestion de la PVR, échange PFCL/silicone dans les déchirures géantes. Dissection de prolifération diabétique. Vitrectomie pour ablation de corps étrangers.

Introduction: Cours pratique de vitrectomie

Materials / method: Présentation interactive de cas cliniques sous forme de vidéos commentées.

Conclusion: Cet atelier interactif fournit les bases et les réponses nécessaires aux chirurgiens déjà expérimentés afin de les aider à mieux gérer des situations peropératoires complexes.

Objectives: Nous avons souhaité faire un point sur les indications de l'angiographie rétinienne en 2018.

Introduction: L'OCT-angiographie a révolutionné la prise en charge diagnostique de nombreuses pathologies rétiniennes ces dernières années grâce à la visualisation de structures vasculaires anormales sans injection de colorant. L'angiographie rétinienne a-t-elle encore des indications?

Materials / method: L'angiographie rétinienne repose sur des principes différents de l'OCT-angiographie. Les champs d'action explorés ne sont pas les mêmes aujourd'hui.

Results: L'angiographie rétinienne (à la fluorescéine et au vert d'indocyanine) garde des indications en 2018, en particulier dans l'exploration de pathologies non néovasculaires et lorsque l'OCT-angiographie n'a pas pu répondre à la question (mauvaise compliance du patient, limites techniques notamment la visualisation de la périphérie rétinienne)

Conclusion: L'OCT-angiographie a révolutionné la prise en charge diagnostique de nombreuses maladies rétiniennes. Néanmoins, l'angiographie rétinienne garde des indications en 2018, en particulier pour l'exploration de la périphérie rétinienne et des pathologies non néovasculaires.
