Objectives: to study correlations between pachychoroidal spectrum and neovascular pathology

Introduction: some nvs may appear in about 30% of chronic CSCR. OCT angiography is able to detect those nv better and earlier than traditional FA and ICGA

Materials / method: OCTA assessment of acute and chronic CSCR with or without NV, studying type, morphology and exudation

Results: CSC with NV are all chronic, mainly filamentary shaped type 1

Conclusion: open questions:
are choroidal vessels getting bigger or starting out bigger?
Are NV secondary to CSC really typical NVs?
Morphology could help us to differentiate them?
Are di subretinal fluid secondary to NV or due to CSC disease?
How to treat eyes with CSC and NV?
