Objectives: Different histological types of palpebral tumors will be presented.
Surgical resections and reconstructions techniques will be detailled (grafts, flaps), especially the rules for reconstruction, depending of the histological type of tumor, and of the resection’s size.
The extemporaneous exam of the resection’s margins is a very important part of the reconstruction’s decision.
We will focus on the role of the multidisciplinary comitee to decide the treatment and the follow-up.
Some clinical cases will be presented, for palpebral reconstructive surgery, and, in cases of orbital extension, for orbital exenteration.
