Objectives: Les pièges en Ophtalmologie Pédiatrique et Strabologie sont nombreux. Nous présenterons plusieurs cas d'ophtalmologie pédiatrique qui pourraient paraitre simples mais nécessite pourtant un bilan approfondi. Une myopie évolutive, un colobome et une épisclérite de l'enfant permettront de poser les explorations à pratiquer et les diagnostics à évoquer sur des pathologies souvent potentiellement cécitantes.
