Objectives: Corneal OCT in keratoconus management
- Diagnosis
- Traitement
- Follow up

Introduction: Furthermore the contribution of corneal topography and in keratoconus management, the OCT is very useful in different stage of keratoconus management.
The corneal OCT will complet the corneal data in keratoconus

Materials / method: The corneal OCT is part of corneal checkup
in case of keratoconus as topo tomography
The corneal OCT ( optovue ) allowed us to explore the epithelium ( mapping ) and the stoma.

Results: The contribution of corneal OCT in keratoconus is very useful in different management stage of keratoconus
- Diagnosis for frustre keratoconus showing early epithelium thinning
- The true per operatory thickness during epioff crosslinking
- The epithelium changing in unstable keratoconus
- The per operatoy OCT when doing intracorneal rings in order to be sure in 80% deep in the cornea
- the demarcation ligne as criteria of efficient crosslinking

Conclusion: The OCT corneal is mandatory in keratoconus management since the Diagnosis until the followup
