Objectives: Il s'agit au travers de deux cas cliniques de maladies rétiniennes de présentation inhabituelle, de revisiter le raisonnement diagnostique en s'aidant de l'imagerie maculaire multimodale dans le contexte de maladies peu fréquentes. Nous discuterons la place des examens complémentaires et la valeur ajoutée des centres de référence où adresser ces patients, et surtout ce qu'il faut dire et faire au cabinet dans la pratique courante.
