Objectives: Présentation descriptive des différents profils de photo-ablation disponibles sur la marché français en 2018, pour la réalisation d'un presbyLASIK.

Introduction: La compensation de la presbytie par presbyLASIK reste la méthode la plus utilisée actuellement, notamment pour les patients à cristallin clair âgés de moins de 60 ans.
Cependant, de nombreux logiciels de traitement laser, émanant de plusieurs laboratoires, existent de façon conjointe.
Le but de cet exposé est donc de décrire un panel de solutions presbyLASIK disponibles, tout en exposant les bases optiques et les points forts sur lesquels elles reposent.

Materials / method: Description des plateformes suivantes:
- Supracor et plateforme TENEO
- Laser Blended Vision et plateforme MEL
- Eye Q factor et plateforme Allegretto Ex500
- PresbyMAX et plateforme AMARIS
- Monovision simple

Conclusion: De nombreux logiciels concurrentiels existent actuellement sur le marché français en 2018.
Leurs principes optiques sont sensiblement différents mais ils combinent souvent un profil photo-ablatif propre associé à une induction d'aberrations sphériques cornéennes négatives et à une micro-monovision plus ou moins importante.
Leurs résultats et leurs limites sont propres à chaque traitement et dépendent beaucoup de l'expérience du chirurgien qui les met en oeuvre.
