Review of the first organizational protocols

Objectives: A la suite du décret de décembre 2016, le groupe Point Vision a mis en place des protocoles organisationnels dans tous ses centres (26 à ce jour) afin de permettre aux ophtalmologistes et orthoptistes de nos centres de travailler dans le cadre du décret. L'ensemble de nos ophtalmologistes, qu'ils soient libéraux ou salariés les ont signé (un par centre) ainsi que tous nos orthoptistes salariés.
Cela nous permet de travailler avec un parcours de soin bien défini : nous travaillons d'ailleurs à une certification par Véritas de ces protocoles comme nous l'avons fait précédemment avec la norme NOSO.
Ce mode de fonctionnement garantie un certain niveau de qualité égal dans tous nos centres et de préparer le passage à la téléconsultation.
Nous ferons un point lors de l'atelier de l'expérience de ces PO après un an de pratique chez Point Vision.

Décrêt de compétence des différentes professions

Introduction: Environ 60% des cabinets d’ophtalmologie fonctionnent en travail aidé. Si les orthoptistes représentent la grande majorité de nos aides, les infirmiers ou opticiens peuvent également participer dans le respect de leur décret de compétence. Les futurs assistants médicaux pourront également collaborer avec les ophtalmologistes.

Introduction: Les cabinets d’ophtalmologie se structurent de plus en plus. Différents acteurs proposent des solutions d’aides à l’installation ou des solutions clefs-en-main. Toutefois les exemples de création, regroupement portés par des ophtalmologistes se multiplient avec une grande efficacité dans la prise en charge des patients. Nous verrons les points clefs à vérifier afin d’assurer le développement et la pérennité de votre structure.
