Program

Objectives: The main objective of this presentation is using point 8 of the preoperative checklist Beut & Jelks "arcus marginalis" (A.M.), anterior or OUTIE (© jelks) posterior or INNIE (© jelks).

Materials / method: From an upper lateral incisión approach. When it is INNIE, through a transconjunctival approach using the "CURTAIN EFFECT" or "CAPSULOPALPEBRAL FASCIA SPARING" technique, the A.M is released. When is OUTIE, all dissection is done from the Lateral Upper incision without touching the A.M. When is OUTIE CTPY is donde before, when INNIE CPTY is donde After.

Conclusion: This technique facilitates quick recovery of the patient, through “function “as the most important "result" and “ anatomy” the most important "factor"
