Objectives: Les strabismes accommodatifs sont multiples et l’objectif thérapeutique associe absence d’amblyopie monoculaire, rectitude des yeux et binocularité. S’il demeure un angle résiduel après correction optique exacte éventuellement progressive, une intervention est indiquée, sans tarder pour espérer une binocularité si la sensorialité est normale.
