Objectives: Circumscribed choroidal hemangioma is a benign vascular tumor, but its exudative complications require an adapted treatment. The objective of this treatment is to preserve the best possible vision while reducing the risk of treatment failure that can affect the visual prognosis. An early management adapted to the situation of each tumor is necessary and does not only consist in systematically proposing photodynamic therapy in 1st intention by reserving proton beam irradiation to recurrent cases.

The objectives of this subject are:
- to know the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment
- to propose the best therapeutic strategy adapted to the patient
- to know the follow-up modalities after treatment

Objectives: Le mélanome de la choroïde est la tumeur primitive intra oculaire la plus fréquente chez l’adulte. Cette tumeur rare nécessite un traitement en milieu spécialisé.
La prise en charge dépend bien entendu des critères de taille de la lésion et de l’état oculaire mais aussi général du patient. Le traitement conservateur est possible dans près de 85-90% des cas et dans ce cas une irradiation est le « gold standard ». Le choix de la technique à utiliser est discuté au cas par cas sur les critères de taille et de localisation (faisceaux de protons/curiethérapie). Une fois la tumeur irradiée d’autres traitements sont de plus en plus proposés afin de diminuer les effets secondaires et les conséquences directes de la radiothérapie mais aussi de la réaction toxique parfois observée et qui est liée au reliquat tumoral. L’utilisation des antiVEGF et dans quelques cas particuliers une endorésection du reliquat tumoral peuvent être proposés. Le but est d’essayer de préserver tant que possible le globe oculaire et de la vision.

Objectives: Présenter les éléments physiopathologiques, sémiologiques et thérapeutiques (préventif et curatif) de la rétinopathie et la maculopathie radique.

Contexte : irradiation des tumeurs oculaires, le plus souvent mélanome choroïdien traité par protonthérapie.
