Objectives: Les cataractes sur aniridie constituent des cas toujours complexes. L'aniridie peut être partielle ou totale et elle s'associe souvent à d'autres lésions rendant la chirurgie particulièrement délicate. Chaque cas de figure sera discuté à l'aide de vidéos.
