Objectives: Les Lymphomes intra-oculaires sont des processus néoplasiques graves et potentiellement mortels, leur diagnostic est souvent tardif car ils se présentent sous le tableau de pseudo-uvéite qui retarde le diagnostic

Ils peuvent donner des tableaux cliniques très variés, associant dans les cas typiques une hyalite et des infiltrats rétiniens punctiformes. Les formes inflammatoires sont parfois trompeuses, avec des infiltrats vasculaires (ou aspect de vascularite), des œdèmes papillaires ou maculaires.

Devant ces signes cliniques, l'augmentation de l’IL10 (interleukine 10) dans l’humeur aqueuse après ponction de la chambre antérieure nous fait fortement suspecter le diagnostic, mais seule la vitrectomie permet de poser un diagnostic de certitude en apportant la preuve histologique. Cette vitrectomie doit obéir à des règles pour augmenter le rendement diagnostique et mettre en évidence les cellules tumorales dans le vitré.
