Objectives: L'objectif de ce cours sera d'exposer à travers de nombreuses vidéos la meilleure gestion possible des cas de chirurgie de cataracte difficiles. Seront revus à travers des vidéos très didactiques les cas de petite pupille, noyaux très durs, cataracte blanche, cataracte sur forte hypermétopie, cataracte et aniridies, cataracte et lésiosn zonulaires etc etc
